Real veneers aren’t a "Hollywood smile". They’re a thin porcelain layer (0.3 mm) bonded onto your existing tooth, changing the shape, the color, or both — without harming the structure.
When veneers (and when not)
For:
- A broken / worn / mis-shaped tooth
- A tooth whose color doesn’t match the others (root treatments, antibiotics)
- Gaps between teeth
- A smile you want to match in color but not whiten (whitening isn’t enough)
Not for:
- Perfectly healthy teeth you simply want "whiter" — whitening is the answer
- Unstable root-canal teeth — they need root treatment first
- Under 25 — usually not advised until the mouth has settled
The process (5 visits)
- Consultation + scan (60 minutes)
- Planning + digital simulation (two weeks later) · 30 minutes
- Prep + temporary template (90 minutes) · Boaz designs from the scan
- PMMA try-in (optional, 60 minutes) · you live with the shape for two weeks
- Final veneers — bonding (90 minutes) · the final smile
Cost
- Single veneer (a spot fix): ₪4,500-6,500
- A 4–6 veneer smile (front teeth only): ₪18,000-28,000
- An 8–10 veneer smile (full smile): ₪32,000-45,000

FAQ
Does it hurt?
The prep is done under local anesthetic. Afterward — sensitivity to hot and cold for 3–7 days. After that — nothing.
Is it reversible?
Minimal veneers (Lumineers / no-prep): reversible. Standard veneers (0.3 mm): usually not — the tooth’s outer layer is lightly reduced. We won’t push Lumineers if they aren’t right for you.
How long do veneers last?
15–20 years with proper care + a night guard for anyone who grinds.
What if one breaks?
A single veneer can be replaced on its own. The likelihood with BOAZ: 2–5% per decade.
