Use of this site (studiosmile.co.il) is subject to the terms below. If you do not agree — please do not use the site.

2. Who may use it

  • Ages 16 and over (minors 16–18 — with a parent/guardian)
  • Residents of Israel (the service is provided in Israel only)
  • Private individuals or dentists holding a valid licence

3. What you may do

  • Read the content
  • Get in touch via the forms and channels shown
  • Download content explicitly marked as "for public download" (e.g. the Hadera Method PDF for dentists)
  • Share links to our pages

4. What is prohibited

  • Copying, distributing, publicly displaying, or selling the content without our written consent
  • Hacking, SQL injection, DDoS, or any other malicious action
  • Presenting our content as your own
  • Knowingly submitting false information
  • Posing as an existing patient when you are not

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, videos, logo, design, "the Hadera Method") is our property or the property of those who licensed it to us. The Hadera Method is a registered trademark of SMILE by BOAZ (a studio of Boaz Dental Lab) (registration application in process).

This site is for information purposes only. It is not a substitute for personal medical advice. Any medical decision — must be made in a personal consultation with us or with a licensed practitioner.

7. Limited liability

We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of income, or reputational harm caused to you as a result of using the site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for a specific service.

The site may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policy of those sites.

9. Changes to the terms

We may change the terms from time to time. For material changes — we will send a notice to those registered with us. Continued use after a change = acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are subject to Israeli law. The exclusive jurisdiction — the courts of Hadera / Haifa.
